Turkey Hunting Package

Nestled in the Pine Ridge of Nebraska, we offer deer, turkey, and coyote hunting on a beautiful, timbered 3,600 acre ranch—and the unforgettable chance to witness herds of elk roaming the land. Stay in our 460 sq ft newly renovated cabin right on the property. Price includes lodging. Minimum of two guests, maximum of four guests.  

Jayme will take you out and show you around the land, then you are free to hunt wherever you would like.  Hike through pines, meadows, ravines and creek with greetings from mule deer and Merriam’s wild turkey.

Turkey hunting - 3 full days of hunting. $900 per turkey (Minimum of two guests, maximum of four guests). Limit two turkeys per person. If you would like to hunt more than one turkey, add additional turkeys for $100 each to your package during the checkout process under the Step 3 "add on" section.

Licenses for the 2025 season are available to purchase starting January 13th. The cost for the license is 140.00 for nonresidents. There are 10,000 license available for nonresidents. Last year the license sold out in 2 weeks so hunters if you are wanting a turkey licenses please don't wait. The spring archery season runs from March 25 to May 31st and spring shotgun season runs from April 12th to May 31st. Ponderosa Ranch is a 3,600 acre working cattle and premier hunting ranch located in Northwestern Nebraska approximately eight miles southeast from Crawford and 30 miles southwest of Chadron, Nebraska. The property is an easy drive and just a few hours from Denver, Colorado. Commercial air service, colleges, hospitals and other major services are offered at Chadron, Nebraska (30 miles to the east) and Scottsbluff, Nebraska (80 miles to the south). The ranch is easily accessed off of Highway 71 by well-maintained county roads.
